I fell in love with this cheese immediately. It is mild, creamy, and delicious. The crunch of pecans, spiced apricot, and cranberries goes so well with the cheese flavor.

- 4 oz. Brie wheel
- 1/4 Cup Apricot jam
- 1 Tbsp Pecans , chopped
- 1 Tbsp Dried cranberries
- 1/32 tsp Ground ginger
- 1/32 tsp Ground cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350℉.
In a small frying pan, toast the chopped pecans for 3-4 minutes over medium heat. Flipping often so they don’t burn. Remove and let cool.
Mix the apricot jam, cranberries, ginger, cinnamon, and cooled pecans and set aside.
Unwrap the Brie, leaving casing on (It is edible). Place in an ovenproof dish. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Remove from oven.
Top with apricot mixture and serve hot.
We like to serve this with crackers, fruit, or baguette rounds.
