I wanted a BBQ seasoning that was flavorful, smoky, and a little sweet but not loaded with salt. So here it is and it’s great on anything you grill, including vegetables.

- 1 1/2 Tbsp Brown sugar
- 1/2 Tbsp Smoked Paprika (See Notes)
- 1 tsp Knorr tomato bouillon with chicken flavor (See Notes)
- 1 tsp Granulated garlic
- 1 tsp Granulated onion
- 1/4 tsp Chili powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne powder, optional
- 1/8 tsp Dry mustard
- 1/8 tsp Celery seed
- 1/32 tsp Cinnamon
Smoked paprika is a required spice, it’s what gives the BBQ seasoning its smoky barbecued taste.
We found the Knorr tomato bouillon with chicken flavor in the Mexican aisle of our grocery store.
Store in an airtight container.
