- 2 Cups Broccoli , cut into florets
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Butter
- 1 Tbsp Water
- 1 tsp Lemon zest
- 1 tsp Minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp Seasoned salt
- 1/32 tsp Granulated onion
- 1/64 tsp Black pepper
In a medium-sized saucepan with a lid, melt the butter over low heat. Over medium heat, add the garlic, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Stir and cook for about 30 seconds.
Add the broccoli and toss well. Add 1 tablespoon of water and cover the pan.
Cook for about 8-10 minutes or until it is fork-tender or to your desired doneness. Add more water during cooking if needed.
Check for seasonings and adjust if needed. Serve hot.
If you prefer larger pieces of broccoli, adjust the cooking time accordingly.
