- 8 oz. Sirloin steak, thinly sliced
- 3-4 Green onions, white and green parts, sliced into 1-inch pieces
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 tsp Neutral oil
Add marinade ingredients and sliced beef into a quart-size resealable bag and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Add both oils to a medium frying pan. Heat on medium-high heat. Once the pan is hot, add the meat and marinade.
Fry for 1-3 minutes, depending on your preference for doneness. During the last 45 seconds of cooking, add the sliced onions. Serve hot.
Feel free to use flat iron steak or any cut of steak you like just remember to thinly slice it against the grain.
We like to serve this over cauliflower rice and Oriental Green Beans.
