This will make onion soup or dip, but we use it mainly as a seasoning in recipes. It adds a nice, balanced onion flavor. We enjoy it on potatoes.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Cup Dried onion flakes
  • 1/4 Cup Beef bouillon granules
  • 1 tsp Granulated onion
  • 1 tsp Dried parsley flakes
  • 1/2 tsp Celery seed
  • 1/2 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in the small blender bowl of a Magic Bullet Blender and blend for 20 seconds using the flat blade. Or you can grind in a spice grinder.

Notes

Store in an airtight container.
4 tablespoons = 1 envelope of onion soup mix.
