For Marinade
- 2 Tbsp Butter , melted
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp Dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp Granulated garlic
- 1/4 tsp Granulated onion
Preheat oven to 350℉. Mix the two cheeses.
Lightly spray your casserole dish and the inside of the lid with cooking spray.
Cut the 4 rolls in half horizontally, leaving them connected. Place the bottoms in the sprayed dish.
Spread 1/2 tablespoon of Horseradish sauce on the bottom of the rolls. Add the whole pieces of roast beef slices on top. Cover the roast beef with the shredded cheese.
Spread the remaining 1/2 tablespoon of the Horseradish sauce on the top half of the rolls. Place rolls on top of the shredded cheese. Set aside.
Using a 1-cup measuring cup, melt the butter. Add the remaining marinade ingredients and mix. Pour the mixture over the rolls evenly.
Bake rolls, covered, for 25 minutes or until cheese has melted. Uncover and bake 5 more minutes. Remove from the oven, and carefully remove rolls as a whole from the casserole dish. It should slide out. Cut into 4 rolls, and serve warm.
If you are not a fan of Horseradish sauce, you can also use a mustard of your choosing.
