Ingredients

For Marinade

  • 2 Tbsp Butter , melted
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp Granulated garlic
  • 1/4 tsp Granulated onion

Instructions

  •  Preheat oven to 350℉. Mix the two cheeses.
  • Lightly spray your casserole dish and the inside of the lid with cooking spray.
  • Cut the 4 rolls in half horizontally, leaving them connected. Place the bottoms in the sprayed dish.
  • Spread 1/2 tablespoon of Horseradish sauce on the bottom of the rolls. Add the whole pieces of roast beef slices on top. Cover the roast beef with the shredded cheese.
  • Spread the remaining 1/2 tablespoon of the Horseradish sauce on the top half of the rolls. Place rolls on top of the shredded cheese. Set aside.
  • Using a 1-cup measuring cup, melt the butter. Add the remaining marinade ingredients and mix. Pour the mixture over the rolls evenly.
  • Bake rolls, covered, for 25 minutes or until cheese has melted. Uncover and bake 5 more minutes. Remove from the oven, and carefully remove rolls as a whole from the casserole dish. It should slide out. Cut into 4 rolls, and serve warm.

Notes

If you are not a fan of Horseradish sauce, you can also use a mustard of your choosing.
