Roasted garlic is milder and smoother, yet retains its signature garlic flavor. The cloves are soft and smash easily for your recipes. It’s a great way to savor garlic on its milder side.

- 1 Large Head of garlic
- 1 Tbsp Olive oil
Preheat oven to 350℉.
Remove each clove from the base and cut the bottom of each clove off. Then smash with the side of a large knife, then peel each clove.
In a mini casserole dish, add garlic cloves and olive oil, tossing to coat. Cover the container with a lid or foil.
After 45-55 minutes of baking, the garlic will be golden and tender. Cool completely before handling.
Garlic cloves can be used in recipes or mashed into a paste for spreading on bread.
Store in an air-tight container in the fridge.
