Roasted Red Pepper and Walnut Dip
Bethany
We’ve been trying different flavors in food lately. This creamy red pepper and walnut dip with mild spices is delightful. It’s fresh, and we both enjoyed the flavor. We served it with homemade pita chips and fresh vegetables.

Dry-roast walnuts for about 5 minutes over medium heat using a small frying pan. Remove and set aside to cool.
Place the roasted pepper, walnuts, breadcrumbs, garlic, lemon juice, honey, and cumin into the small bowl of a Magic Bullet Blender. Process until smooth.
Add 1/2 tsp of oil, blend, and repeat this process two more times.
We like to serve this with pita chips and fresh vegetables sticks.
