In a small saucepan, over medium heat, add butter, onion, garlic, paprika, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix. Add the corn and stir to combine. Cook for 3 minutes.
Add the cream cheese, sour cream, shredded cheese, chives, and cooked bacon. Gently stir and cook for 3 minutes, or until creamy and melted.
Serve immediately. As a garnish, sprinkle with additional paprika.
