Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Canned corn , drained
  • 1/4 Cup Sharp cheddar cheese , shredded small
  • 1 Slice Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 Tbsp Cream cheese
  • 1/2 Tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 Tbsp Chives, sliced or chopped
  • 1 tsp Light sour cream
  • 1/32 tsp Granulated onion
  • 1/64 tsp Granulated garlic
  • 1/64 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 1/64 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/64 tsp Red pepper flakes

Instructions
 

  • In a small saucepan, over medium heat, add butter, onion, garlic, paprika, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix. Add the corn and stir to combine. Cook for 3 minutes.
  • Add the cream cheese, sour cream, shredded cheese, chives, and cooked bacon. Gently stir and cook for 3 minutes, or until creamy and melted.
  • Serve immediately. As a garnish, sprinkle with additional paprika.
