Ingredients Â
- 1 Cup Canned corn , drained
- 1/4 Cup Sharp cheddar cheese , shredded small
- 1 Slice Bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 Tbsp Cream cheese
- 1/2 Tbsp Butter
- 1/2 Tbsp Chives, sliced or chopped
- 1 tsp Light sour cream
- 1/32 tsp Granulated onion
- 1/64 tsp Granulated garlic
- 1/64 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1/64 tsp Black pepper
- 1/64 tsp Red pepper flakes
InstructionsÂ
- In a small saucepan, over medium heat, add butter, onion, garlic, paprika, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix. Add the corn and stir to combine. Cook for 3 minutes.
- Add the cream cheese, sour cream, shredded cheese, chives, and cooked bacon. Gently stir and cook for 3 minutes, or until creamy and melted.
- Serve immediately. As a garnish, sprinkle with additional paprika.
