Grilled Georgia Gold BBQ Chicken

This is a seriously delicious BBQ chicken. The chicken is dry-rubbed and then basted in a honey mustard sauce, which tastes amazing. With ingredients you have on hand, it comes together quickly and makes a great weeknight dinner.

Georgia Gold Sauce
- 2 Tbsp + 1 tsp French's yellow mustard
- 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp Honey
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 1 Tbsp + 1 tsp Apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Molasses
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp Granulated onion
- 1/2 tsp Granulated garlic
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1/8 tsp Seasoned salt
- 1/8 tsp Red pepper flakes
Combine the ingredients for the BBQ sauce in a small saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil, stirring to combine. Reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from the heat and set aside 1/4 cup of the sauce for dipping later.
Pat dry chicken pieces and season with BBQ seasonings on both sides. Set aside.
Oil and preheat the grill to 350°-375℉.
Place chicken on the grill and cook for 3-4 minutes. Flip and baste with BBQ sauce. Cook for 3-4 minutes, flip, and baste with BBQ sauce. The chicken should reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
Remove from the grill and let rest for 2-3 minutes. Serve with reserved BBQ sauce for dipping, 2 Tbsp per serving.
