Georgia Gold Sauce

  • 2 Tbsp + 1 tsp French's yellow mustard
  • 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp Honey
  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 Tbsp + 1 tsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Molasses
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Granulated onion
  • 1/2 tsp Granulated garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp Seasoned salt
  • 1/8 tsp Red pepper flakes

Instructions
 

  • Combine the ingredients for the BBQ sauce in a small saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil, stirring to combine. Reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from the heat and set aside 1/4 cup of the sauce for dipping later.
  • Pat dry chicken pieces and season with BBQ seasonings on both sides. Set aside.
  •  Oil and preheat the grill to 350°-375℉.
  • Place chicken on the grill and cook for 3-4 minutes. Flip and baste with BBQ sauce. Cook for 3-4 minutes, flip, and baste with BBQ sauce. The chicken should reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
  • Remove from the grill and let rest for 2-3 minutes. Serve with reserved BBQ sauce for dipping, 2 Tbsp per serving.
