Ingredients
- 6 oz. Snap Peas , cleaned, ends trimmed, and dried (See Notes)
- 1 tsp Olive oil
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Granulated garlic
- 1/8 tsp Granulated onion
- 1/16 tsp Black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400℉.
- Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a 1-quart bowl, toss the pea pods, oil, salt, garlic, onion, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread evenly onto the baking sheet.
- Roast for 10-12 minutes or until desired doneness.
Notes
Dry the pea pods thoroughly, as this aids in the roasting process.
