Buttermilk Ranch Dip or Dressing
This gives you the traditional flavor that everyone enjoys in an easy-to-make recipe that is cost-effective.
Ingredients
For Dip
- 2 Tbsp Light sour cream
- 2 Tbsp Duke's light mayonnaise (See Notes)
- 2 Tbsp Buttermilk
- 2 1/4 tsp Ranch seasoning mix
For Dressing
- 3 Tbsp Light Sour cream
- 3 Tbsp Buttermilk
- 2 1/4 tsp Ranch seasoning mix
Instructions
- Whisk all ingredients together in a 1-Cup liquid measuring cup and let sit in the fridge for at least a half hour so the flavors can mingle and intensify.
Notes
We recommend Duke’s light mayonnaise because unlike other brands they don’t add sugar to their light mayonnaise.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
A typical serving of dressing/dip is 2 Tablespoons but I went with 3 Tablespoons for a serving because it’s low fat and because I love ranch.
