We have used this Jaccard 48-Blade Meat Tenderizer for many years. It’s easy to use and does a great job on all kinds of meat.

Pros:

You can easily see where you have used it, in case you get interrupted

It’s easy to clean either by hand washing or in the dishwasher.

It goes through meat easily and has stayed sharp.

When holding it, it feels secure and comfortable in your hand.

It comes with a cover that goes on and stays on, which is handy when storing it.

Cons:

You do need to periodically check the screws for tightness, as it did come apart once. It was, however, resembled in just a few minutes.

We highly recommend this 48-Blade Meat Tenderizer for all meats. It will serve you well, and you won’t need to replace it for several years.
