This cookie recipe is my mom’s (Bethany’s grandmother).
I have adjusted it so the cookies are softer than hers. I am not fond of crispy oatmeal cookies. A cookie and a cold glass of milk and all is right with the world.
I could eat these sandwiches more than once a week, they are that good. They are quick and good for lunch or dinner. Everything combines perfectly into one tasty sandwich.
It seems to last longer in the fridge than regular milk. I usually buy a half gallon of 2% milk but it’s always expiring before I can use it all. I don’t have that problem with Fairlife milk I’m not sure how they keep it from expiring as fast as regular milk but they do.
These liquid cups are a perfect size when making meals for two. We use the 1-cup size to mix marinades in. The 2-cup size is great for mixing seasonings with breadcrumbs.
Overall, we have been impressed and delighted with these measuring cups and spoons. I have one regret, we got the black set instead of the colored set.
All our beloved family recipes were well “Family Sized” 6-8 servings. Neither of us likes leftovers, let alone days worth of leftovers. So, we needed to reduce the number of servings of our family recipes to 2.
