Small Batch Whipped Brie Spread

We both enjoy Brie. This recipe makes a wonderful savory spread. Bethany tried brie for the first time this year. My good friend, Leah, showed me how good this cheese is. Thank you, Leah. You can serve this warm or at room temperature. Enjoy!

Whipped Brie Spread

Ingredients
- 4 oz. Brie Cheese
- 2 Cloves Roasted garlic
- 1/2 Tbsp Chives, chopped
- 1/2 Tbsp Honey
- 1/4 tsp Salt
For the Topping
- 1/2 Tbsp Honey
- 1/2 Tbsp Chives, chopped
Instructions
- Freeze the brie for about 30 minutes; this will help you to remove the rind from the cheese.
- Remove all of the rind from the cheese. Chop the cheese into chunks. Allow cheese to come to room temperature.
- Add the chunks of cheese to the Magic Bullet Blender with the flat blade. Add the roasted garlic, chives, honey, and salt. Blend for 60 seconds, then pulse until the cheese becomes a smooth and creamy consistency.
- Place brie on a serving plate or in a bowl. Add the toppings.
Notes
We like to serve this with crusty bread, crackers, or vegetables.
