We both enjoy Brie. This recipe makes a wonderful savory spread. Bethany tried brie for the first time this year. My good friend, Leah, showed me how good this cheese is. Thank you, Leah. You can serve this warm or at room temperature. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. Brie Cheese
  • 2 Cloves Roasted garlic
  • 1/2 Tbsp Chives, chopped
  • 1/2 Tbsp Honey
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

For the Topping

  • 1/2 Tbsp Honey
  • 1/2 Tbsp Chives, chopped

Instructions

  • Freeze the brie for about 30 minutes; this will help you to remove the rind from the cheese.
  • Remove all of the rind from the cheese. Chop the cheese into chunks. Allow cheese to come to room temperature.
  • Add the chunks of cheese to the Magic Bullet Blender with the flat blade. Add the roasted garlic, chives, honey, and salt. Blend for 60 seconds, then pulse until the cheese becomes a smooth and creamy consistency.
  • Place brie on a serving plate or in a bowl. Add the toppings.
