Cooking for Two
Christmas is our favorite time of year. We enjoy the time we spend with family and friends. We both love to buy gifts that will bring a big smile. We like to make a special meal for Christmas. We chose to make recipes that were all new to us. Don’t worry, they were tested before the big day.
Thanksgiving gives us warm and comforting feelings. Our family not only looks forward to a wonderful meal, but also to spending time together. We usually play games and watch a favorite movie. Mom says I outdid myself with the menu this year. Everything is so flavorful. I think the Crustless Pumpkin Pie is my favorite, but I had a hard time choosing. Mom’s favorite thing this year is the mini Cranberry Pecan Goat Cheese Balls.
