We were both amazed by this vegetable dish. Bethany and I don’t usually care for thyme or rosemary, but they’re both in this dish. Bethany is not a zucchini girl so she doesn’t eat it. I love it, so more for me.

My Cauliflower can’t be mushy, it needs to have a bit of a bite. I eat mushrooms anyway I can, I love them. This recipe surprised me with its flavor. The garlic was a nice touch and the Parmesan added a nutty note.
