Roasted Red Pepper & Walnut Dip Recipe for Two

We’ve been trying different flavors in food lately. This creamy red pepper and walnut dip with mild spices is delightful. It’s fresh, and we both enjoyed the flavor. We served it with homemade pita chips and fresh vegetables.

Equipment

- Small frying pan
Ingredients
- 1/2 Roasted red bell pepper
- 3 1/2 Tbsp Walnuts
- 2 1/4 tsp Seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 1/2 tsp Olive oil , divided
- 1/2 tsp Lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp Minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp Honey
- 1/16 tsp Cumin
- 1/16 tsp Red pepper flakes, optional
- 1/32 tsp Salt
Instructions
- Dry-roast walnuts for about 5 minutes over medium heat using a small frying pan. Remove and set aside to cool.
- Place the roasted pepper, walnuts, breadcrumbs, garlic, lemon juice, honey, and cumin into the small bowl of a Magic Bullet Blender. Process until smooth.
- Add 1/2 tsp of oil, blend, and repeat this process two more times.
Notes
We like to serve this with pita chips and fresh vegetables sticks.
