  • Dry-roast walnuts for about 5 minutes over medium heat using a small frying pan. Remove and set aside to cool.
  • Place the roasted pepper, walnuts, breadcrumbs, garlic, lemon juice, honey, and cumin into the small bowl of a Magic Bullet Blender. Process until smooth.
  • Add 1/2 tsp of oil, blend, and repeat this process two more times.

Notes

We like to serve this with pita chips and fresh vegetables sticks.
