Small Batch 3 Cheese Hot Artichoke Dip Recipe

Equipment
- Oven-safe ramekin , at least 8oz.

Ingredients
- 4 oz. Artichoke hearts , drained and chopped
- 2 oz. Cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 Cup Duke's light mayonnaise
- 1/4 Cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded small
- 2 Tbsp Belgioioso parmesan snacking cheese, shredded small
- 1 Tbsp Green onions, green parts only, sliced
- 1/8 tsp Tabasco sauce
- 1/8 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Prepare a ramekin or small baking dish by spraying it lightly with oil.
- Preheat the oven to 350℉.
- Beat the cream cheese and mayo until smooth.
- Add the remaining ingredients and stir until combined.
- Place in oven and cook 20-25 minutes, or until top is golden brown and bubbly. Serve hot.
Notes
You can increase the Tabasco to your desired heat level.
We like to serve this with lightly toasted baguette slices, crackers, or bagel chips.
