Ingredients
  

  • 4 oz. Brie wheel
  • 1/4 Cup Apricot jam
  • 1 Tbsp Pecans , chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Dried cranberries
  • 1/32 tsp Ground ginger
  • 1/32 tsp Ground cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350℉.
  • In a small frying pan, toast the chopped pecans for 3-4 minutes over medium heat. Flipping often so they don’t burn. Remove and let cool.
  • Mix the apricot jam, cranberries, ginger, cinnamon, and cooled pecans and set aside.
  • Unwrap the Brie, leaving casing on (It is edible). Place in an ovenproof dish. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Remove from oven.
  • Top with apricot mixture and serve hot.

Notes

We like to serve this with crackers, fruit, or baguette rounds.
