Small Batch Baked Brie Recipe

I fell in love with this cheese immediately. It is mild, creamy, and delicious. The crunch of pecans, spiced apricot, and cranberries goes so well with the cheese flavor.

I fell in love with this cheese immediately. It is mild, creamy, and delicious. The crunch of pecans, spiced apricot, and cranberries goes so well with the cheese flavor.

- Oven-proof baking dish
- Small frying pan
- Small bowl
Ingredients
- 4 oz. Brie wheel
- 1/4 Cup Apricot jam
- 1 Tbsp Pecans , chopped
- 1 Tbsp Dried cranberries
- 1/32 tsp Ground ginger
- 1/32 tsp Ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350℉.
- In a small frying pan, toast the chopped pecans for 3-4 minutes over medium heat. Flipping often so they don’t burn. Remove and let cool.
- Mix the apricot jam, cranberries, ginger, cinnamon, and cooled pecans and set aside.
- Unwrap the Brie, leaving casing on (It is edible). Place in an ovenproof dish. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Remove from oven.
- Top with apricot mixture and serve hot.
Notes
We like to serve this with crackers, fruit, or baguette rounds.
