Roast Beef Sliders Recipe for Two
These sliders are easy to make and taste wonderful. The marinade is evenly balanced and adds a savory kick to the sliders.
Both Bethany and I were surprised by how wonderful this tasted. All the ingredients come together and have a well-balanced flavor. I am just beginning to learn that cranberries are not just for sauce. The beef and vegetables were tender.
Prime Rib is for special occasions, if you can afford to buy it. We are using a less expensive cut of meat. You will save money, but you will not lose out on any of the flavor or tenderness with this recipe. It was beyond awesome. The crust was perfect, it was tender, and the Au Jus was a perfect finishing touch.
I have been making this for over 40 years. It is hearty and has a thick sauce to encompass all the flavors. This is one of my son’s favorite dishes. I shared the recipe with his wife. I’m glad that I can also share it with you.
I love soup, especially in the fall and winter. Add a piece of bread, and I am set. This soup is packed with lots of yummy ingredients, with a little cheese on top, it’s the total package.
The roasted red pepper gives it a unique flavor and complements the beef perfectly. You will be pleasantly surprised.
I didn’t know what “Flanken Ribs” were when I first made this recipe, but they had them at my local grocery store. The ribs are so flavorful! The marinade is what makes them so tasty. The meat also has a deep, meaty flavor. The combination is awesome!
Bethany and her brother, Benjamin, love Beef Stroganoff, they both like it with egg noodles.
This recipe was my mom’s (Bethany’s Grandma’s). We were able to make it into a 2 serving recipe. Hoping you enjoy it as much as we do.
