Cooking for Two
This is one of my favorite recipes. We like our cashew chicken with lots of vegetables and cashews. You may not be used to the carrots and pineapple, but we think it rounds out the dish to perfection. The sauce, with a slight kick from the red pepper flakes, is mild. I am a wimp when it comes to spicy foods.
This is a simple dish to make. It tastes wonderful. The chicken is marinated and then baked to perfection. The spice blend is a warm and comforting mix, simply delicious.

I believe the seasoned breading makes a great Chicken Parmigiana, but the breading needs to be flavorful and crisp. This recipe meets that standard and goes beyond. The spaghetti completes the dish to perfection.
We both love this Oriental Salad recipe. It is a scrumptious salad. Definitely a main dish salad. It is filling, and the dressing adds the perfect touch. Everything about this salad is perfect!

I haven’t made a Cornish hen in forever. But they are the perfect size for a meal for two. The glaze is a wonderful complement to the meat. It seals in the juices and makes a great crispy treat on the skin.
