Ingredients
  

  • 4 oz. Ziti pasta
  • 1/4 Cup Rao's marinara sauce
  • 1/4 Cup Canned petite-cut tomatoes
  • 1/4 Cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded small and divided
  • 2 Tbsp Heavy whipping cream
  • 2 Tbsp Fairlife 2% milk
  • 2 Tbsp Fontina cheese , shredded small
  • 1 Tbsp Belgioioso parmesan snacking cheese, shredded small or grated
  • 1 Tbsp Monterey jack cheese, shredded small
  • 1 Tbsp Asiago cheese , shredded small
  • 1/4 tsp Sugar

Instructions
 

  • In a medium pot, add 1 tsp salt and fill with water to boil the pasta in. Cook according to instructions. Drain and set aside in the pot.
  • While waiting for the pasta to cook, combine the marinara sauce, cream, milk, tomatoes, and sugar in a small cooking pot. Bring to a simmer and add Parmesan, Monterey, Asiago, Fontina, and 2 tbsp of the Mozzarella. Stir until bubbly and remove from heat.
  • Pour the sauce over the pasta in the pot. Mix and put into an oven-safe dish. Sprinkle with the remaining 2 Tbsp of Mozzarella cheese. Broil until the cheese is a light golden brown.
  • Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
