Cooking for Two
Wow, this is amazing! I have had cranberries in cranberry sauce, but that was it. This dessert should be served anytime cranberries are available. It is tart and lets the cranberries be the star. The crumble on top is a must.
This dessert has several steps, but easy steps. The resulting dessert is worth every minute. It is elegant looking and tastes wonderful. The sugared cranberries used as a garnish are amazing in flavor and appearance. This is a must-make dessert for a special occasion.
Your home will be filled with such a delicious and comforting smell when you make this pie. We went crustless to lower calories, and because neither of us is a fan of pie crust or graham cracker crust. This will remind you of Libby’s original pumpkin pie. It is the perfect pumpkin pie with all the lovely spices.

I have adjusted it so the cookies are softer than hers. I am not fond of crispy oatmeal cookies. A cookie and a cold glass of milk and all is right with the world.
