Roasted Parmesan Green Beans Recipe for Two

Fresh green beans are something to look forward to. This is an enjoyable way to eat them, lightly seasoned and crisp. Parmesan adds a nice nutty flourish. Green beans go with just about anything, and these are great as a snack.

Roasted Parmesan Green Beans
Fresh green beans are something to look forward to. This is an enjoyable way to eat them, lightly seasoned and crisp. Parmesan adds a nice nutty flourish. Green beans go with just about anything, and these are great as a snack.

Ingredients
- 6 oz. Fresh green beans, ends trimmed
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Belgioioso parmesan snacking cheese, shredded small
- 1 tsp Olive oil
- 1/4 tsp Granulated garlic
- 1/4 tsp Granulated onion
- 1/16 tsp Salt
- 1/16 tsp Black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400℉.
- Prepare a baking sheet by covering it with foil. The oven temperature is too high to use parchment paper.
- Blend the oil, salt, pepper, garlic, and onion in a bowl. Add beans and toss until coated.
- Place beans in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Place in the oven and bake for 10 minutes. Shake the baking sheet to turn the beans and cook for 5-7 more minutes or until done.
- Serve with Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top as a garnish.
