Bomb Pop Cocktail Recipe for Two

This drink is based on the classic Bomb Pop flavors of cherry, lime, and blue raspberry. Not only is it a great drink for the 4th of July, but it’s also delicious!

This drink is based on the classic Bomb Pop flavors of cherry, lime, and blue raspberry. Not only is it a great drink for the 4th of July, but it’s also delicious!
Equipment
- Bar Spoon
Ingredients Â
- 4 oz. Grenadine
- 4 oz. Blue raspberry vodka (See Notes)
- 1 Qt. Ice cubes (See Notes)
- 1-2 Drops Water-based gel food coloring , blue (See Notes)
Limeade
- 3/4 Cup Warm water
- 2 Tbsp Lime juice
- 1 Tbsp Sugar
InstructionsÂ
- Using a 1-cup liquid measuring cup, mix up the limeade ingredients, whisking until sugar is dissolved. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
- Add 2 oz. of grenadine to each glass. Then carefully fill each glass with ice.
- Add 3 oz. of limeade, poured over the back of a spoon slowly into each glass. After adding the limeade to both glasses, discard the remaining limeade.
- Add the blue gel food coloring to the vodka. Mix until the vodka is evenly colored. (See Notes)
- Add 2 oz. of vodka. poured over the back of a spoon slowly into each glass. Serve immediately. Mix it before drinking.
Notes
If you can’t find blue raspberry vodka, you can substitute raspberry vodka.
The smaller the ice cubes, the better it will work.
If your blue raspberry vodka is already blue, no need to add blue food coloring.
