The toasted rice with added lime and cilantro makes it so flavorful. Easy to cook and turns out perfect every time.

Ingredients Â
- 1/2 Cup + 1 Tbsp Chicken broth
- 1/3 Cup Jasmin rice
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Fresh cilantro, chopped, and divided
- 1 Tbsp Butter
- 1/2 Tbsp Lime juice
- 1/4 tsp Salt
InstructionsÂ
- In a small saucepan with a lid, add the butter and rice. Toast over medium-high heat, stirring frequently. Toast until light golden brown and fragrant.
- Add the chicken broth, 1 tablespoon cilantro, salt, and lime juice. Stir and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and cook according to package directions (usually 15-20 minutes).
- Remove from heat and fluff with a fork. Garnish with remaining cilantro.
